International youth football tournament: Rimini is one of the main tourist destinations on the Adriatic coast. This city offers all attractions you would expect from a popular seaside resort. There are really two Rimini’s: inland you will find the old historical centre, whilst along the beach you can discover 'Lungomare', the boulevard with a host of entertainment facilities Italian style.
Rimini has become a real classic in the Euro-Sportring calendar. It is almost 20 years ago now that the first international tournaments on the Adriatic coast started. Over the years, Rimini has developed into the meeting place for football enthusiasts from all over Europe, from Sweden in the north to the south of Italy. The organisers offer a programme which allows for plenty of time to enjoy many of Rimini’s fine attractions. Matches are played at various locations in and around Rimini. The main location is A.C. Tropical Coriano’s excellent stadium just outside Rimini, where the opening ceremony, the finals and the prize giving ceremony all take place.

Facilities:
The tournament is played on 8 to 10 locations. The venues are located in the southern part of Rimini, close to the hotels where most participants are accommodated, and partly inland up to about 10 miles away. All sports grounds have dressing rooms, some also have a stand for different kinds of snacks and drinks.

Rimini, home to 130,000 inhabitants, is the largest seaside resort on the Adriatic coast. The city has two faces. The old city to the west of the railway line, with Roman monuments such as the Roman Arch of Augustus, the bridge of Tiberius and the medieval Malatesta temple. On the other side of the railway line is the attractive new city with some 10 miles of beautiful beaches and no end of entertainment. A top spot for sunny tourism! Just behind the boulevard is the best known shopping street, the Viale Vespucci. A perfect spot to saunter around and pick up some lovely souvenirs.

Scientific/futuristic park Oltremare/Rimini - Riccione. Scientific/futuristic park Oltremare; an amazing (underwater) world opens up in front of your eyes. This scientific ‘amusement park’ will keep children and adults alike fascinated for a number of hours, and is very educational as well. The scientific approach taken by Oltremare is an American idea, with the necessary creativity coming from the Italians. The park is sub-divided into a number of categories, which include ‘planet earth’, ‘Darwin’ and ‘planet sea’. You’ll encounter sharks here, along with dinosaurs, strange seahorses and the very special IMAX, a futuristic cinema showing three dimensional films. Don’t miss it!

Dolphinarium/Rimini. <BR>
Close the center of Rimini you can find the Dolphinarium. Check out underwater and meet the most friendly and clever creature of the Sea. Admire the swift Dolphin's way of swimming and visit one of the shows which are held two or three times a day. The dolphinarium has also a museum and several acquariums with incredible reproductions of different marine landscapes from the Mediterranean and tropical Seas. Open from: 16.30 - 18.30 hours.
